Fraudulent Orders

Fashion Paradise Boutique takes all necessary steps to prevent credit card fraud and protect our customers. All orders are subject to fraud screening. If your order is flagged for any reason, we may contact you to verify your identity and confirm transaction details.

Please note: If your billing and shipping addresses do not match, your order may be automatically canceled.
Customers may also be required to provide additional documentation (e.g., photo ID, proof of billing address) to verify the transaction. Failure to provide requested information will result in the cancellation of your order.

We also reserve the right to withhold store credit or delay refunds until returned items are received and fraud concerns are resolved.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve the issue may result in the suspension of your account, forfeiture of store credit, and ineligibility for future promotions or discounts. We encourage all customers to reach out to us with any concerns before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer.
