Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Fashion Paradise Boutique, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping and delivery policy below to understand how and when your order will arrive.


 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1–3 business days (not including weekends or holidays).

  • During high-volume seasons (e.g., holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.

  • Express orders are prioritized and processed within 1 business day.

  • Orders placed after 3 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship all domestic orders using USPS and offer international shipping via UPS or DHL.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: $9.99 (3–7 business days)

  • Express Shipping: $20.00 (1–2 business days)

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150 (only valid within the 48 contiguous U.S. states; excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. territories)

International Shipping:

  • Flat Rate: $45.00 (5–10 business days, depending on destination)

  • Note: International orders may be subject to additional charges depending on size, weight, and location. If applicable, we will email an updated invoice before processing your order.

 Expedited & Rush Shipping

We offer Expedited and Rush shipping options within the U.S.:

  • Expedited Shipping (3–5 business days): Order must be placed before 12 PM EST. Processed in 1–2 business days.

  • Rush Delivery (1–3 business days): Order must be placed before 12 PM EST. Processed within 1 business day. Available only for the 48 contiguous states.

Important Notes:

  • Orders placed on Fridays after 12 PM EST or weekends will ship the next business day.

  • Saturday delivery is not guaranteed unless specifically requested and paid for. Please contact us to add this option.


 P.O. Boxes

  • USPS and UPS estimate 1–3 business day delivery for P.O. Boxes.

  • Rush and Express services may not be available or guaranteed for P.O. Box addresses.


Signature Confirmation (Recommended for Orders $150+)

To protect your purchase, we recommend adding Signature Confirmation for orders over $150.
This service is not included by default and will be invoiced separately upon request. Fees vary based on package weight and value.


 International Orders & Customs

  • All international orders are shipped via UPS or DHL and are subject to customs duties, fees, and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Customs authorities require us to declare the value of the merchandise on your package.

  • We do not control delays caused by customs clearance or foreign postal services.

If you refuse to pay customs fees, your package will be returned to us and your refund will be issued minus all shipping costs and return fees charged by the carrier.


 Delivered Packages

  • Once your package is marked "Delivered" by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, it becomes the customer's responsibility.

  • Fashion Paradise Boutique is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

  • If you believe your package is missing, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS or your respective carrier to file a claim.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier service interruptions.

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked "Delivered."

To avoid issues:

  • Double-check your address at checkout.

  • Be available to receive your package or use a secure delivery location.


 Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking info may take up to 48 hours to update.

  • Can’t find your tracking email? Check your spam or junk folder.
