General Information Policy

Returned / Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will notify you once it arrives back at our facility. You will be invoiced for shipping fees to reattempt delivery.

  • We are not liable for packages returned due to incorrect shipping addresses, unclaimed deliveries, or refusal to accept delivery.

  • If the item is returned after your return window has expired, we cannot issue store credit, a refund, or a cancellation.

  • All refused or undeliverable packages that are not reshipped are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the final order total. No exceptions.


 Incorrect Address Entered

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at Info@fashionparadiseboutique.com with your order number and the correct address.

  • We will do our best to make changes before your order ships, but if the order has already shipped, we cannot reroute it or be held responsible for lost packages.


 Restock Information

We occasionally restock merchandise if our vendors remake a style. However, restocks are not guaranteed and are entirely dependent on manufacturer availability.

  • We recommend signing up for restock notifications on the product page to be alerted if your item becomes available.

  • If an item is no longer visible on the site, it is likely discontinued and will not be restocked.


 International Customers

If your package is held by customs or your local post office, it may be due to import fees or duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If you do not pay these fees and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for new shipping costs to reattempt delivery.

  • Returned packages due to unpaid customs duties will not be canceled or credited, as the return would fall outside of our return window.

  • Please allow up to 14 additional business days for international deliveries, depending on your country and customs processing.


 Delivery Issues & Liability

Fashion Paradise Boutique is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by USPS, UPS, or customs.

  • Lost or damaged packages in transit (claims must be filed with the carrier).

  • Packages marked “Delivered” by USPS or UPS, but not received (contact your local post office for further assistance).

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer input errors at checkout.


 Shipping Address Tips

To avoid shipping delays or delivery issues:

  • Double-check your address for correct abbreviations, spacing, and formatting.

  • If we are unable to verify your address or contact you after multiple attempts, your order may be canceled and refunded.

  • If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it before shipping.
